تنبيه: تجنب BAF TURIZM، RANT A CAR SERVICE!!

إليكم قصتي: اضطررت إلى تغيير رحلتي في مطار إسطنبول. وبسبب تعطل الرحلة، فاتتني الرحلة. عرضت علي الخطوط الجوية التركية الإقامة في فندق مجانًا حتى موعد رحلتي التالية. وقد أرشدوني إلى كيفية العثور على مكتب الفندق عند مخرج المطار. وبالصدفة وللأسف، توجهت إلى مكتب شركة Baf للسياحة (لم أتمكن من تحديد المكتب التركي المناسب) وطلبت خدمة الفندق التي تم ترتيبها بالفعل من قبل الخطوط الجوية التركية. وعندما ذكرت هذا لموظفي شركة Baf، قالوا، حسنًا، يمكنهم تدبر أمرهم، فالفندق مجاني. ثم سألوني عن كيفية الدفع، ماستر كارد/فيزا، وما إلى ذلك.. فسألت لماذا يجب أن أدفع طالما أن الخدمة مجانية من قبل الخطوط الجوية التركية. فأجابوني أن هذا من أجل التحويل. ففكرت حسنًا، ربما هذه هي الطريقة الصحيحة. واضطررت إلى دفع 7000 ليرة تركية (!!!) مقابل التحويل "المزعوم". والآن أدركت أنني كنت أحمقًا غبيًا. وفي صباح اليوم التالي، ذهبت إلى الخطوط الجوية التركية وسألتهم عما إذا كانت هذه هي الطريقة الصحيحة لإدارة الأمور. فأبلغوني أن هذه ليست الشركة التي تعاقدوا معها، وأنني ذهبت إلى مكتب خاطئ.

لذا، استدعاني مكتب السياحة في باف، وعرض عليّ عملاً قبيحاً، وطلب مني سعراً مرتفعاً غير معقول لـ"التحويل"، دون أن يزودني بفاتورة الدفع. لقد فعلوا ذلك وهم يعلمون أنني أمتلك قسيمة من شركة الطيران لخدمة فندقية مجانية. إنهم غير متعاقدين مع الخطوط الجوية التركية. هذا أمر غير مقبول! لقد خدعوني، واستغلوا الموقف (متعب، محبط، ضائع)، لقد قاموا بعمل قبيح! 

تجنبهم، لا تعقد أي صفقة مع باف للسياحة في مطار إسطنبول!!
