ALERTE : ÉVITEZ BAF TURIZM, RANT A CAR SERVICE !!

Voici mon histoire : j’ai dû changer de vol à l’aéroport d’Istanbul. En raison d’une perturbation de vol, je l’ai raté. Turkish Airlines m’a proposé un hôtel gratuitement jusqu’à mon prochain vol. Ils m’ont indiqué comment trouver le bureau de l’hôtel à la sortie de l’aéroport. Par accident et malheureusement, je me suis approché du comptoir de Baf turizm (je n’ai pas pu repérer le bon bureau turc) avec une demande de service hôtelier qui était déjà organisé par Turkish Airlines. Lorsque j’en ai parlé au personnel de Baf, ils ont dit, ok, ils peuvent se débrouiller, l’hôtel est gratuit. Puis ils m’ont demandé comment payer, mastercard/visa, etc. J’ai demandé pourquoi je devais payer puisque le service est gratuit par Turkish Airlines. Ils ont répondu que c’était pour le transfert. J’ai pensé ok, c’est peut-être comme ça. J’ai dû payer 7000(!!!) TL pour le « soi-disant » transfert. Maintenant, je sais que j’étais un gros imbécile. Le lendemain matin, je suis allé à Turkish Airlines pour demander si c’était une bonne façon de gérer. Ils m’ont informé que ce n’était pas la compagnie avec laquelle ils avaient signé un contrat, je me suis trompé de bureau.

Donc, Baf Turizm m’a attiré, m’a proposé une mauvaise affaire, en demandant un prix déraisonnablement élevé pour le « transfert », sans me donner de facture du paiement. Ils ont fait cela en sachant que j’avais un bon de la compagnie aérienne pour un service hôtelier gratuit. Ils ne sont pas sous contrat avec Turkish Airlines. C’est INACCEPTABLE ! Ils m’ont trompé, ils ont profité de la situation (fatigue, frustration, perte), ils ont fait une mauvaise affaire ! 

Évitez-les, ne faites aucune affaire avec Baf Turizm à l'aéroport d'Istanbul !!
