ATTENZIONE: EVITATE IL BAF TURIZM, SFIDATEVI DI UN SERVIZIO AUTO!!

Ecco la mia storia: ho dovuto cambiare il mio volo all'aeroporto di Istanbul. A causa di un'interruzione del volo, l'ho perso. La Turkish Airlines mi ha offerto un hotel gratuito fino al mio volo successivo. Mi hanno spiegato come trovare la scrivania dell'hotel all'uscita dell'aeroporto. Per sbaglio e sfortunatamente mi sono avvicinato allo sportello della Baf turizm (non sono riuscito a individuare la scrivania della Turkish corretta) con una richiesta di servizio alberghiero che era già stato organizzato dalla Turkish Airlines. Quando l'ho detto allo staff della Baf, mi hanno detto, ok, possono gestire, l'hotel è gratuito. Poi mi hanno chiesto come pagare, Mastercard/Visa, ecc. Ho chiesto perché avrei dovuto pagare visto che il servizio è gratuito dalla Turkish Airlines. Mi hanno risposto che era per il trasferimento. Ho pensato ok, forse è così. Ho dovuto pagare 7000(!!!) TL per il "cosiddetto" trasferimento. Ora so di essere stato un grande stupido idiota. La mattina dopo sono andato alla Turkish Airlines chiedendo se questo fosse un modo corretto di gestire. Mi hanno informato che non era la compagnia con cui avevano stipulato un contratto, ero andato allo sportello sbagliato.

Quindi la Baf turizm mi ha tirato dentro, mi ha offerto brutti affari, chiedendomi un prezzo irragionevolmente alto per il "trasferimento", senza darmi una fattura del pagamento. L'hanno fatto sapendo che avevo un buono della compagnia aerea per il servizio alberghiero gratuito. Non hanno un contratto con la Turkish Airlines. Questo è INACCETTABILE! Mi hanno ingannato, hanno approfittato della situazione (stanco, frustrato, perso), hanno fatto brutti affari! 

Evitateli, non fate nessun affare con Baf turizm all'aeroporto di Istanbul!!
