Jak duże jest prawdopodobieństwo, że polecisz tę firmę innym?

UWAGA: UNIKAJ BAF TURIZM, ZAREZERWUJ USŁUGI SAMOCHODOWE!!

Oto moja historia: Musiałem zmienić lot na lotnisku w Stambule. Z powodu zakłóceń lotu przegapiłem go. Turkish Airlines zaoferowało mi bezpłatny hotel do czasu mojego następnego lotu. Pokazali mi, jak znaleźć stanowisko hotelowe przy wyjściu z lotniska. Przypadkowo i nieszczęśliwie podszedłem do stanowiska Baf turizm (nie byłem w stanie dostrzec właściwego stanowiska Turkish) z prośbą o usługę hotelową, która była już zorganizowana przez Turkish Airlines. Kiedy wspomniałem o tym personelowi Baf, powiedzieli, ok, mogą sobie poradzić, hotel jest bezpłatny. Następnie zapytali mnie, jak zapłacić, kartą Mastercard/Visa itp. Zapytałem, dlaczego mam płacić, skoro usługa jest bezpłatna w Turkish Airlines. Odpowiedzieli, że to za transfer. Pomyślałem, ok, może tak jest. Musiałem zapłacić 7000(!!!) TL za „tak zwany” transfer. Teraz wiem, że byłem wielkim głupcem. Następnego ranka poszedłem do Turkish Airlines z pytaniem, czy to właściwy sposób zarządzania. Poinformowali mnie, że to nie jest firma, z którą podpisali umowę, poszedłem do niewłaściwego stanowiska.

Więc Baf turizm mnie wciągnął, zaoferował paskudny interes, żądając nieuzasadnionej wysokiej ceny za „transfer”, nie dając mi faktury za płatność. Zrobili to wiedząc, że mam voucher od linii lotniczych na bezpłatną usługę hotelową. Nie mają umowy z Turkish Airlines. To jest NIEAKCEPTOWALNE! Oszukali mnie, wykorzystali sytuację (zmęczenie, frustracja, zagubienie), zrobili paskudny interes! 

Unikajcie ich i nie wchodźcie w żadne układy z Baf Turizm na lotnisku w Stambule!!
